I want to say in english : I have not pass any course

This can be tricky.
Correct is " I have not passed any course, or I had not passed any course". But then you could also say I did not pass any course, or I could not pass any course. Or :
" I would not pass any course or I will not pass any course."
Each possibility depends on when the action took place--when it started and when it finished. Although there are rules to follow as to when you use the present form of the verb and when you use the past, many times there are exceptions and must be learned case by case. That is why we love English.

If u want to say in the past tense then it's like this - I have not passed any course.

...or you could be more direct with the facts and say simply:

I failed.

or

I am failing.
