A really big rock.

Let's face it: paper comes in dead last. What are you going to do, make an origami sword? Paper covers rock. Oooo... I'm scared.

Yes, you can stab with scissors, but the handle isn't built for combat.

Give me a good old rock any day.

Rock. It can't rust and it wouldn't dissolve. Scissors can stab a rock as much as it wants, but the rock can pound the heck out of a pair of scissors, and paper isn't even a contender.

Paper. You could write a law on it that bans rocks and scissors from violence. On the other side you could have an order of jail time or execution for breach of the law.

I always thought it was funny how paper beat rock. Don't we use rocks as paper weights on windy days?

SO rock would win. It would hold down paper or break scissors.

Or a bomb.
