Come right out and tell her,Just like you did here,when you tell someone that you love them,it doesn,t have to be in some big Romantic Place,Because were ever you are,Its how you say it,not were that makes it romantic!You could be walking down the street with her,stop.Look Her right in the eyes,put your hands On her shoulder and beleave me,if she feels the same way,it will be the most romantic Thing that ever happened to her! Take her out for dinner or a nice walk under the stars. Eventually the timing will feel perfect for you and just tell her how you feel. The conversation will eventaully come up anyways if she is feeling the same for you.

you just have to be honest with her and share everything with her. if she really loves you she'll listen. BUT BE CAREFUL: this is also a time for creativity, how do you set the mood for this kind of thing ask yourself things like: whats her favorite restaurant? does she like sunsets? whats her favorite flower?

what is something that is important to her? try to incorporate that into your proposal. or, just do the old standby... romantic dinner, roses, down on one knee, propose, everybody claps and she says yes and cries... awww how boring! do something creative and fun!!!

take her in a date, or some romantic place, hug her or look into her eyes and tell her that you love her, and add some more sweet talk to it, that'll do..
