I'm with [blank] - a bear is a serious fighter. To be honest I don't think it would ever happen - the lions wouldn't try it on with an adult bear, even if desperately hungry, and if the bear thought the lions were after a bearcub, she'd chase them off but fail to catch them.
Not so long ago in Europe bears and lions would have met each other regularly, same time as not-so-ancient humans were around. Maybe ask a historian - there may be writings about this.

The lion would eat the bear if it got the chance, however the bear would win the fight easy but wont eat the lion.

Lions live in hot climates, bears live in cold ones. In normal circumstances they would never meet each other. However, in a zoo or circus or something like that I would assume that the lion would eat the bear. Lions seem to be more flexible and quick. It would have to be pretty darn hungry to do that though.

If they were to clash, the bear would have the edge, in size and natural equipment, like 2-3 inch claws. All the lion has in its favor is sharp teeth.

Mmmmm, good question, don't know the answer, but you just reminded me about a tale that ma' ol' grandaddy tol' me..... :-)
A telegram was received at the headquarters of an African Safari : "Major Tough -Nutt met with fatal accident while lion hunting." A reply was sent : "Send body at once" Later a large box arrived containing the body of a dead lion. Immediately a telegram was sent : "Don't want lion - send Tough-Nutt." Reply received : "Tough-Nutt inside lion."

I assume you mean a large bear because I don't think a Koala would be much good.
One on one the, large, bear is stronger, but as the earlier answer pointed out - lions hunt together

Your question is: "Can a lion eat a bear?"
The answer to this is YES, if it is already dead, however, if your question had been: "Can a lion beat a bear?" then you would get a different answer.

If it was one-on-one (Queensbury rules) I'd say the bear; but in a real life situation my money would be on the lion as he'd never go it alone, the whole pride would be there to back him up.
