I will be in New Delhi 09 -17 November. I 'll work at Indian Habitat Center. Any suggestion for budget hotel?

I wonder if there are any hotels close to Indian Habitat Center, at Lodhi Road, New Delhi 110 003. I prefer that I walk for 20 - 30 minutes, rather then take a bus or cab. Any Hotel up to 75 USD for B&B is appropriate.
