In early pregnancy, cervical mucus will form a mucus plug, a barrier that helps protect the baby. As a result, you may notice a bit of vaginal discharge. Breast sensitivity is a common phenomenon in early pregnancy. Along with more sensitive breasts, you may notice a slight darkening of the areola, the concentric zone which surrounds the nipple. The reason for this is the increased production of the hormones estrogen and progesterone that occurs. The sensitivity will decrease and be much less noticeable during the second and third trimesters. Your breasts will continue growing throughout your pregnancy, however. The increase is more or less noticeable depending on how big your breasts were before, how much weight you gain, and factors such as heredity. It's common to increase as much as two to three bra sizes, although not everyone does.

Try to avoid anything that causes you discomfort. If you don't like your partner touching your breasts during sex right now, say so. If rough fabrics such as woven blouses are irritating, switch to soft knits for the next couple of months and find a good support bra.

yes, you do get discharge thru out the whole pregnancy (yuck). And I don't about other women but at the beginning of pregnancy, my breast did hurt and then subsided by the 2nd or 3rd month of pregnancy. Thats nothing though. Wait until you have your baby, your breast will really hurt.

Not to alarm you, but you should report any blood discharge whatsoever to your doctor as soon as possible. In some instances, a discharge of blood will require you to take additional precautions and suspend unnecessary physical activity. Sore breasts are a common early symptom of pregnancy. They will get better on their own.

If an egg was fertilized, implantation (when the embryo implants to the lining of your uterus) happens, on average, about 7 days past ovulation. It can happen as early as five days past ovulation or as late as twelve days past ovulation.

Early signs of Pregnancy:

Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts
Frequent trips to the bathroom

These signs can appear as soon as implantation or anytime after, each woman is different! Some women have all of these, some have a few and some women don't have any signs.
Good Luck!

yes to both questions, though keep an eye on the discharge - if its bloody or very smelly, see your doc. the breasts feel that way through the pregnancy, you can put natural creams like body shop cocoa or shea butter or olive oil to keep them moisturized and provide some relief.

everyone is different darlin. i have had four children and every pregnacy was different... sometimes my breasts would hurt to just put a bra on and others, no problem. if the discharge is anything but clear, ask your OB. bloody or smelly discharge can mean infection.

Yes, your discharge will increase and you will have sore breasts, especially if this is your first pregnancy. If you're missing your period, I suggest you purchase a pregnancy test.
