As a teacher, I know it is easier to start off the year being strict...and then loosen up later. If you start off too nice, your students may take advantage of your kindness and you may lose their respect.
You still need to remember that you are under your teachers' supervision. While you are in their classrooms, you should respect their authority (even when you don't agree with it). I don't always agree with the laws of our country, but I still obey them. Life is going to be like that in every step...just in different circumstances.
As far as suggestions, if you are bored in class, maybe you can work out a system with the teacher where you can do some research on your own. Maybe you can read some college-level material or conduct your own experiments in class. Ask for something more challenging. Teachers love it when you want to learn more on your own. :)
Good luck!

None of that matters. They are still your teachers and elders. You should have respect for them. And you don't know either what is going on in their personal lives to make them get an attitude with ya'll. You should just treat them with respect, be nice and cordial to them and do what they say when you are in their classroom and when they see you doing all of that, they will soften.

I think you sound like a wonderful person - bright, witty, talented, good natured, and with a great sense of humor. Your teachers have no right to try to teach you stuff you already know. Why not just drop out and get a job. You have sponged off your parents far too long. ;-)

when you "laugh" or not listen in class, then you're disturbing the learning process, i think you should pay attention to everything in class, you'll realise this when you reach 12th grade.
