-Download a program to clean the registry.
-Check "startup" folder on the start menu for anything to do with kazaa.
-Click start>run then type in "msconfig" (without speechmarks) and click the "startup" tab. Then find the program that is trying to start each time and disable it.

this may be because you havent finished the installation of kazaa and it tries to conclude the installation after the system starts and northon asks if you want to continue the installation process.. if you havent paid for kazaa then it should be coming with ad support and thise ads should trigger the northon secury or even kazaa its self may tirgger norton because of the ads its coming with. if you want to use it allow kazaa to finish installation if you dont want start msconfig from run command look at your startup items you will see all startup items and there you can disable any programs that you dont want to run..

Firstly, go to windows and delete everything in the temporary internet files. Now do the same for the cookies file.

Go into the Windows Programs files and see if there is anything in there.

Now empty your recycle bin.

Finally, do a search from the Start menu, just to make sure.

Probably you will need to clean your registry for the entries of kazaa. use regedit. But be very careful as it my crash the whole setup if some wrong entry is deleted.

Get someone to check your computer by posting a Hijack This log. They will help you get rid of it good and proper as well as checking that nothing else nasty is on your computer.

Go to http://www.webuser.co.uk/forums/ubbthreads.php/Cat/0

Register, go to the Hijack This Forum, read the instructions on how to post a log, give a brief description of your problem (like you've just typed) and post your log there. The guys in there are fantastic and trustworthy and will guide you through in getting rid.

try the 'control panel' 'add/remove' thing if ikazza is mentioned there, remove it then go to start, programs, accessories, system tools, disk cleanup. check the boxes to get rid of everything it says u can get rid of and then do a disk defragment.
