No...if you're asking what I think you're asking (it's a little hard to tell). I think those types of interactions are just petty ways women try to control their partners because they feel insecure or powerless...not a sign of a healthy relationship.

Men can do the same thing, it just so happens to work more for females. It has more of inpact coming from females than it has males

To an extent. This only works as long as the man is still sexually attracted to that women. Otherwise, he'll just replace her.
