When you are put on the hold on the phone, the WORST is the music box "ding ding ding ding" to Yellow Submarine by the beatles or summit stupid!!
The best hold music, would definately be something relaxing, coz you know you are going to be on hold for like 30 minutes or stupid. I would be happy listening to Corin Bayley Rae or some Kelly Clarkson or something nice and "easy listening!"

to me anything heavy metal like somewhere in time by iron maiden and not the crap classical we get played when put on hold. motorhead would be good as would ac/dc and metallica give them something to bite on not classical music that just sends you to sleep.
