U just have to understand urself and ur personality to check out. However, usually sweat shirts with cool logos and designs look particularly well when the loose pants (not jeans) are worn. These look better in almost everyone. and if ur a girl, u must have the taste for choosing the colours and designs. But generally, short skirts and the matched shirt looks good. But the best one is the short fatua(indian dress) worn with flat sandels and the white pants. They look really awesome.

Change to a brand new hot image. Buy a celebrity magazine today, and just choose one celebrity to copy their style. Easy and don't need to crack your head. Keep trying on new style until you feel satisfied.
Consult a professional image consultant, they will provide you with the whole complete package.
Buy clothes that the style is 5 years younger your age. Look younger and be cool. Tattoo and piercing make you look cool too! Plus a pair of trendy shades.
Well.... or maybe just get a hot chick to be your girlfriend, you'll look cool right away. lol

Be yourself and don't try to be like everyone else just for the sake of being cool, that would be a good starting point.

if u hv a good height and body then u r a cool looking guybut still if u want some suggestion, try light coloured sleeveless shirts over baggy jeans! at least i like that on boys with gud height!

Use ice cubes to cool your face!
Place a plackard that reads "Cool!" next to your face, have cool cool cool splashed all over your dress, and have it photographed! You will look 'Coooool!"
