Assuming it's a functioning ovary, of course. I think when you have two, they usually alternate--every other month one releases an egg, but when you've got one it does all the work. But we're born with gazillions of eggs, more than we'd ever need in a lifetime, so missing one ovary is no big deal. Don't worry.
