ye you go for it - I am with the conspiracy theorists (not literally of course) that he government wants to keep us in a state of confusion so that we look to them for advice and guidance hence these conflicting reports

Yeah - you should pay attention to what's being said, but always take it with a pinch of salt.

Some things are no brainers; crisps are very fatty - so eat in moderation; vegetables need washing before eating; stuff with too much salt is bad for you - so eat in moderation.

The consistant message is moderate you intake of food and drink and undertake a moderate amount of exercise.

The message which come out (Some of which are contradictory) reinforce this. Anything to excess is bad for you.

My? My vice is coffee - too much is too bad sort of thing. But every month yet another message comes out; it's good for you prostate, it's bad for you heart, it's prevents diabetes, it causes cancer.

Sigh........

I hate people telling us what to eat. One chocolate bar will not sentence me to death. It's funny - the school sells nothing unhealthy any more but the ice-cream van still comes onto the playground! Lol u should join my campaign but I think someone on the opposition virused our website.

I guess theyre just tryna make ppl aware who constantly eat junk food cos at the end of the day it will cause a problem so if we cut down now, it'll benefit us.

its up to us what we eat but also the government should put laws to make sure the customers no that the produsts they are bying have pesticides on them because peopkle think they are eating healthily but there not being as healthy as they think they are
