If yor walking, from Euston Square station walk down Gower St all the way pass Russell Square and SOAS uni, kee walking straight and you'll be on Bloomsbury street, turn left and you should be able to see the museum. Hope that helped. Use the map below to help you.

You may have noticed in London lots of black taxis...all over the place. Hail one, and ask the driver (in English) to take you to the British Museum. Then sit back, enjoy the scenery as you get ripped off on the way. Otherwise buy an A-Z and walk...its not that far.
