Did the boy in the frosties advert commit suicide? or is this an urban myth?

Nope - it's a myth. It, and variations, have been going around for ages.

Just goes to show, don't believe everything you read, especially on line.

Total Urban Myth.
He was in a popular tabloid a few weeks back explaining how it was only a character and how stupid he found it that people hated him on the back of an advert. An advert that was meant to be annoying!
He's alive and well and talking about making a follow up!

It's an urban myth - type "The Frosties Kid" into Wikipedia, it'll show you a few important bits of information. He's actually from South Africa, and the whole advert was filmed there, so he hasn't suffered too badly from mass hounding by the UK press.

Check out Snopes.com - it is a myth, or pehaps wishfull thinking on behalf of all thinking people in the UK!

i heard that he had cancer and his last wish was to be on tv then he died after that but i think its all BOLLOCKS
