I tend to scarred & bruised easily. Also, if I got a cut, it took a long time for the bleeding to stop. I am not diabetic. I eat healthily, non-smoker and don't drink alcohol. What nutrients am I lacking in my diet?

It is hard to say. A safe bet is to take a multivitamin, and also a vitamin E solution on the scars themselves, or cocoa butter can significantly reduce the look of them. I have always had the same problem. Good Luck! Lotion is never a bad idea either, unless you have an open wound. LOL

I suffer from the exact same problems, lavender oil can help to reduce the visibility of scars and bruises. If you're taking pain killers, that can add to the problem of stopping bleeding as they thin the blood

Vitamin c with bioflavinoids will help the bruising - eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, esp. berries and cherries. Also, Vitamin E capsules and oil will sometimes help scars, but no guarantees. See the book below for advice and discussion. Good luck!
