I want to know what colours will suit me and go with a pair of light blue, baggy denim trousers. I'm not that tall BTW (only 5"1"), and I have a slim build, too.

My complexion is dark olive (yellowish tone), and my eyes and hair are very black. My hair is a mixture of wavy and curly, and is always tied into a ponytail. I don't like anything that's too fussy in details. I wear no makeup, but I do wear danglers sometimes.

Thanks for taking the time to answer my question!!!

Hate to tell you, but baggy clothing only makes you look smaller. Try a more tailored look to help show off your true size, instead of trying to hide it.

You sound like an Autumn, which is one of the two warm tones.
Autumn's colors-
Try:
Rich golden, spicy, and earthy colors, like
Muted and rich warm colors, such as camel, beige, olive, orange, gold, dark brown, and gray.
Avoid:
Clear, bright colors
Black and white
Pastels
Blue tones

As a warm, you can also borrow colors from Spring, the other warm.
Spring's colors-
Try:
Pale, soft colors, such as peach, camel, golden yellow, golden brown, aqua, ivory, bright greens, true reds, clear blues and coral.
Avoid:
Black and white
Dark, dull/muted colors

Hi, I'd say colors that would fit you would be violet, blue, black and olive green. You could try to pair your light blue baggy denim trousers with a violet top. I'd suggest wearing a solid color, nothing printed or too much design... Wearing a solid color would make you appear taller. You'll feel more confident too.
Just a suggestion. Hope it helps =)

It sounds like you would look good in strong, deep colors and in bright colors other than yellow and orange. And everything goes with denim! How about a couple of light layers in contrasting colors? Have some fun!

To emphasise height you need to go with the same or similar colour from top to bottom, rather than break it up with different blocks of colour.
