You need to talk to a close family member, or friend, if you can't then call a therapist or phsychiatrist to talk, read a book, take a nap, listen to the radio, do anything positive that will take your mind off the problems you are experiencing. If nothing else, get online and look up a bipolar support group to help you through this time. I hope that these ideas have helped you some, I wish you all the best of luck.

I think the most important thing is that you are still alive, remember that! Life is just a game, so have fun and get out there and play. I know that might sound very generalized.... but truly just do everything you can to improve yourself, so you can be the best that you CAN be. People will come and go through out your life, that's just the way it is, don't let it get you down. Because the real true friends will always be there for you, and to be honest you dont really need the ones that aren't real and true anyways. Be happy about the unknown goodies you have to look forward to as you grow as a person. hope this helped in some way!

If you are truly bipolar, see a professional. Their are good and effective medications out there for bipolar or straight depressions. You may need more than reassurance.
Because of the med issue, you need consultation with a psychiatrist who can prescribe and offer (or offer to refer you to someone who can offer) you some psychotherapy about your sense of isolation—it may be an age appropriate issue about separation in your developmental stage.

Depression is obviously a serious issue. Try doing things that you like to do to guide you out of your depression, things that make you happy and content. Pamper yourself. Focus on things that are important to you. Talk to your family about your feelings and ask for their help and support. You don't have to do it alone. Don't compare what your friends are doing to yourself. Be proud of your accomplishments and goals. It is not easy to do, but a positive attitude does help. Good luck and I hope that things get better for you.

You mention other people a lot in your question. Maybe you should stop depending on others to make you feel better? Get involved in some type of volunteer work. Helping others who are in need not only makes ones life feel rewarding and worthwhile, it also often shows us how fortunate we really are.
