Ok, so I met this guy and we got really close, and one night we were pretty drunk and anded up in the beach at 2am... We had alot of romantic - lust moments... but why didn't he kissed me? The next day he tells me that he considers me a smart girl, and blah blah blah, and how he emjoys being in my company what does that mean? Does that has anything to do with the whole kissing thing?

I think he knows I like him... 'cause I really can't remember well, but I think he said something like "I know you like me" but he's just cocky like that

maybe he isnt confident with his 'lovin anilities'. just give him some time, it also might be that he takes some time to get more involved, or doesnt like to rush in and have the woman think he is using her like an object. maybe he has had a bad experience in the past. there are so many possibilities, just give it time, but if he hasnt kissed u in, say, a month or so, then ask him whats up, and if he wont give any reason, then it might be time to leave him. but for the moment, dont worry about it, he sounds like a nice guy, cause most guys would have just tried to take advantage of you if you were on the beach at 2 am. hope it all works out for you

i was gonna say he respects you that much he didnt want to make a move, but then again he was drunk!! But you have to think like this sweetie ,that not every guy is the same so he clearly has a lot of respect for you to tell you that, just appreciate that and dont be upset that he didnt try it on with you at least you know that his different and not sleazy like the rest!

maybe u should make a move and see what happens he could just have alot of respect for u and wants to take it slow or maybe hes unsure of how u feel guys can be pretty clueless at picking up the hints that a girl is interested

errm...if he really likes you, maybe he is trying to take things slow, but why didn't u make the first move? if you really wanted it?, i dont think there's anyting wrong with the chick making the first move, atleast by the end of it, u'll both know where u stand. he might give u the brush off, or get into u, or u might not like him that much after all...either ask him about it, or next time u r together, go for it!!...STOP BEATING YOURSELF UP

Maybe he was just too shy to make a move in case you didn't fancy him back? Next time you're in that situation try moving in really close as if you're going to kiss him and see how he reacts. If he doesn't pull away, kiss him!

He is shy. Try kissing him. He showed you -and told you - he likes you, now he expects a step from you. At least ask him out or hold his hand or something.

Why didn't you kiss him!? Have been in this situation myself, didn't know wether i should kiss the woman or not because i didn't know for sure if she wanted me to. She ended up kissing me first and it was amazing.
