This is the quickest, easiest and most reliable stress coping tool that I use. As you count to 7, slowly take a deep breathe through your nose. Hold that breathe for 7 seconds and then release it through your mouth to the 7 second count. I hope it works for you. If it doesn't feel like its doing much, repeat at least 3 times.

You need to realize that some things are beyond your control and let go. Take deep breaths for 10 minutes and relax yourself. Also exercise 30-60 minutes a day if possible, it really does help relieve alot of stress.
