ok ill try and simplify this a little better in a war against a group of individuals it is not wise to employ an army and in a war amongst foriegn natioalist it is not wise to were solier uniforms in a was against terrorist there are no rules of engagement but there are rules of captured prisoners as there should be for a moral high ground must be mantained in an overthrow there must be police and militrary training for new gov.however occupiing force should not engage forieng nationals for any other reason that deffending and those wo do not follow that idea should not be presented into a situation that would escalate the tension in the regiegn if we are to win this war on terrorist we must not be on foriegn ground we must reward thosse foriegn nations for their efforts in routing the terrorist out into the open and then the terrorist shold be treated as international criminals not terrorist if we take the noterioty out of the terrorist act we will start to dismantle those would be

terrorists and ultimately defeat the elusive and seemingly growing orginization called terrorism and there must be proof of guilt before detaining said terrorist unfortunately they ussually die in their act so if you counter offer their reward to the terrorist act then you should see a decrease in terrorism on a whole
I.E an individaul is promised 70 virgins in the after life for his selfless act of violence a great deturant to those who would like that might be more reseptive to the idea that if he comes forward and does not commit the act then he shall be granted a trial citizenship here in america were we will educate them and their families and by this measure they will have to understand that they will be monatored and for the security of the nation their coming to must accept t after all we do have freedom of religion so however they belive wont be a problem and it will be up to them and their actions that will determine thier futures and allah would rather peace then war

He doesn't want any help. Haven't you noticed by now he thinks he can run the US any way he wants to while he is in office. I think his daddy is telling him what to do and what not to do. Especially since daddy didn't get to finish what he started, so now the current Bush is going to let the war continue throughout his term and let someone else clean up the mess he's made.

What is the evidence of your claim? To my knowledge, President Bush and the Administration are doing everything they can to control and defeat terrorism.
Who has a good idea to do that? What is the idea? If it is worth considering, I will help get the President's attention.

Well, he has called the United Nations "Irrelevant". And since the United Nations is made up of most of the nations that could help, I guess that would explain it.
