no, maybe if you bought them something from the catalogue, that would be acceptable, but not the catalogue itself

as long as there a post it note on the front saying 'pick antyhing you'd like. Its on me' or HIGH value gift certificates inside. nothing less then 100 bucks. Otherwise, stick with registery
