Well you could poach it, or bake it with some ginger, shallots and oyster and soy sauce - yum.
Pan fry it and make a salmon omlette with chives
If you are going to have it raw - just a touch of wasabi or sesame oil and some pickled ginger with avaocado on the side.
Wine - don't get me started!!!! My personal fave for salmon is a Semillion or a blend, Sauvignon Blanc maybe- look for an Australian or New Zealand variety from the Marlborough region. Lots of choice and not too expensive. If you are sticking to the red - try a Shiraz called "Pepperjack" (again Australian)
Enjoy
EDIT - back on to the wine - if you haven't tried a Verdehlo, I thoroughly recommend that or a nice Tasmanian pinot (slightly chilled)

Bake it in tin foil pouches after adding a handful of chopped coriander, 2 cloves of sliced garlic, a good glug of soy sauce, 1 tbsp thai fish sauce, 4 sliced spring onions, 1 chopped and deseeded red chilis, a drop of honey and a twist of lime juice. Serve with crispy vegetables stir fried in sesame oil and use the juices from the fish as a sauce. Truly yummy!
Oh, and serve with a chilled New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc - I'd recommend Shingle Peak or Villa Maria.

Dill salmon parcels
Another way to enjoy healthy salmon, and so easy to prepare. Cook the parcels either in the oven or the grill.
4 salmon fillets, 5 oz each
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp dried dill leaves or 1 tsp fresh dill leaves
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare 4 kitchen foil rectangles large enough to wrap the salmon fillets.
On each rectangle, spread 1 tsp olive oil -to prevent sticking- and set in the middle 1 salmon steak. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle dill on top and drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil.
Wrap it loosely and transfer to the oven tray. Cook 15 minutes in the middle of the oven.
Serve the parcels and let everyone open theirs to fully appreciate the aroma of dill.

Hello you have choices here why not make Salmon patties or bread the frozen Salmon. To make salmon patties its really easy from frozen salmon. First brake up the salmon into little chunks I perfer using a food processer. Now put salmon into a bowl Mix in 2 eggs or egg sug equivlent to 2 eggs. Mix in 1/4 cp of fresh onion chopped fine and 1/4 green pepper. a Sprinkle of onion Powder Garlic Powder. This may sound strange but I add in about 3 Tablespoons of Ketchup. Now add bread to Mixture just like making a meatloaf mix in about 6 slices depending of now moist it is. You can add up to 9 slices if needed. Mix throughly and I like to put down some Kellogs Corn Flake Crumbs on a Paper Plate . Make your Patties and Drop Them one by one onto the plate of Crumbs Coat them well. Cook Salmon Patties In hot Frypan For About 6 Minutes turn and Keep watching them so dont BURN... You can reduce the heat if they are getting to brown.
For Frozen Salmon Filets or Steaks Defrost them and Then rince them then take a pan mix up Seasoned Bread Crumbs Paprika onion powder garlic powder. I use about 1 cup for about 5 salmon steaks. I use about 1/2 teaspoon of the Spices. Dip the Salmon into a Mixture of 1 Egg beaten and !/2 cp milk then work into the breading mixture over them coating them well. Fry the salmon until done about 6 minutes Keep watching and turn them over Enjoy

Here's a French one, what they call "sinful", but very tasty:
Heat loads of butter in a pan, slowly fry the salmon seasoned with black pepper, add a carton of fresh cream, salt, tarragon, parsley and lemon juice to taste.
Serve with baked/boiled potatoes and green peas to which you also add a bit of butter, black pepper and parsley.
Bon appetit!
But the best wine for that is champaign or Riesling!

Okay put them in silver foil in the oven with chicory salt and perpper, and close the foil so it steams as well, tastiest way to eat salmon in my opinion. Mash patatoe and green beens go well with it, drizzle a small amount of oil on the green beans. Fish goes better with white, but for red or white i quite like sancere

I would season it with salt and pepper, and some lemon juice, wrap it in foil and bake it. that should seal in the flavor pretty good!! If you want you can also put a few sliced lemon pieces on top while you bake it. that is what I do when I make it!
