Is there anything I can do (non-medicinal) to improve my libido, eg- eat certain foods, etc? Thanks in advance.

You've been asking for hot girls/hot ladies in other questions you've asked...I think your sex-drive is intact, and you're just after cheap thrills from people's replies.

Grow up!

Posting a question like this is always going to invite a good ribbing.
You seem very angry. Most of the time it's best to just ignore the stupid people who make tactless remarks.
I suggest you try to stop worrying about it first. Stress causes a lot of problems sexually.
Second, if you are having sexual fantasies of an abnormal nature, or are genuinely worried about your libido, seek the advice of trained professionals, not the average Joe's on this site.

Hi

I would consult a Complementary therapist, who can look at why your body is acting in the way. There are a plethora of reasons, from working more, not sleeping, nicotine, alcohol, types of food to a medical reason. Hypnotherapy and Thought Field Therapy can help loo into the cause, so can Aromatherapy and Reiki, which will help you to relax and distress. But also consult you GP first. If you would like to have any more information please do not hesitate to contact me dochsa.co.uk I hope you are able to sort this out.

I found that high levels of strenuous exercise and weight control helps. Also a healthy diet will help to. Lay off the alcohol. It is a sad fact that a lot of guys sex drives start to wain over the age of 30 this is fairly common.

excersie and less sugar and caffine, eat more fruits and veggies and run or jog or hike atleast 4 hours a week, not all at once but you get the idea, even a 30 min jog a day, do tht and oh in about a week or two you'll be raring to go, just dont stop doing it cause again it will go away

Call in2 UR local health food shop.
There R many suppliments that could help.
They help give a kick-start but won't cure any underlying problems.
Have U had a chat with UR GP/MD?
That mayB a good idea.

Sorry this is happening, you men hit your high in the libido drive about 20 to 23 years old. maybe you just need a boost. the exercise will help for sure. the other stuff may help also.

Consider hypnotherapy and self hypnosis. You may discover your lack of drive is linked to established thought patterns about sex, and the relationship between yourself and how you think about sex.

Through meditation and hypnosis you can explore what it is you enjoy about sex and allow yourself to relax enough to be fully present during the act.

This not only increases your libido but also the quality of experience.

No, this is natures way of making sure only the fittest and healthiest procreate. Face facts, you were not meant to breed and the way it is going, you will not. Try batting for the other side, maybe it is your preferences that are wrong, either way, no kiddies for you bonzo!

You need a medical evaluation to determine the cause of your problem and an appropriate treatment. Your dream of being able to cure it with food is just a dream

If you are serious, you may need to exercise more. You might be depressed and in denial.
And you gotta stop trying to pick up 18 year olds. Go for a sexy 26 year old.
It is more respectable.
