yes any type of vegetable is good for you,
Sweetcorn in particular contains a small amount of fibre and protein..

And will people stop going on at her! she doesnt examine her poo.. if you actually read things properly you would see that she has stated her partner and friends were talking about it!

Lots of sweetcorn products are GM.
Also tomato products.
You can't usually tell this from packaging.

The going out and coming in thing is because they are a good source of fibre (what we used to call 'roughage'), which our gut needs to stay healthy and work properly.

Yes, all types of corn are good for you. Its got vitamins and minerals that are needed. I can understand you looking at it before it goes in you, but why are you looking at it after it comes out? Wipe, flush, Wash Your Hands!, and go. Its not an art show.

Corn has a sugar content that is needed in a balanced diet.

As for its reappearance in its normal condition...people do not chew corn as well as they should. However, it doesn't digest as well as other vegetable matter.

I'm sure if you chew it correctly, it would make it much easier to digest and benefit from the vitamins and minerals it has to offer!!
Good question [made me smile].

the husk is made of cellulose that we can't digest, the inside bit is digested and we get the nutrition from it, the husk comes out t'other end.
