I love tinned peaches and squirty cream. Yum

Although I never complain at the old lemon juice and sugar. Lime juice is nice too.

Pancakes are one of those things i always say I'll make more often but only ever make the effort on Shrove Tuesday. Maybe I'll have some for tea.

I like them with Chicken, spinich and cheese too.

I enjoy a savoury pancake filled with chicken or mince with a cheese sauce. YUM

Try ripe bananas. If you are real bold, walnuts are a nice plus. My friend mixes 2 parts frozen strawberries to 1 part butter. Mix this well and butter your pancakes with it. It's fun and different but, not too different.

In view of the fall season I would say Pumpkin.
IHOP makes a great pumpkin pancake.
