pain killers are usually not good for health. they affect our body's immune system. please don't continue until there is doctor's advise to continue.

Well I think you should try to reduce your consumtion of them if you can. They are not good for your liver or stomach depending on the type. You don't say what you're taking them for, so it's hard to give you any advice on what you could do instead.
