I am skinny everywhere except for my upper arms. Does anyone know any good exercises I can do to get rid of this problem?

You can do the same exercise mentioned above with resistance bands. Hold the bands handles in both hands. Step on the band at different points to increase or decrease resistance (i.e. how hard it is for you to pull). The more you get used to it, step out a little farther to give yourself extra resistance and a better workout. This may be better than weights that offer the same resistance no matter what.

k.ive actually tried this myself n the fats in my upper arms have really slimmed down n also its a bit tones. u fill 2, 1.5 litre bottle with water n use then as weights.it helps try it n tell me.u can see the change in abt 2-3 weeks.good luck with it.

Do 30 minutes of cardio, and then arm exercises before breakfast every morning. Be consistent and no problem.

take a dumbell, hold it in both hands, a put it over your head and behind your back, with both elbows up in the air. keeping your elbows up, lift the dumbell up and down. do this preferably with a low weight, but do it until it really burns. also try wide pullups if you can, but you can't can you?
