If you mean blood group have any superior or inferior categories. If you meant 'Under' for that inferior, you are quite wrong. Blood groups have no hierarchies, but bloodlines have upper class and lower class differences. You can call those superior royal people as blue-blooded people.

If by that you mean the Rhesus Factor...

I don't know what you mean my undergroup but,
There are 8 different bloodtypes, A+, B+, AB+, O+, A-, B-, AB-, & O-
A has A antigen parts, B has B antigen parts, O has neither, and AB has both. Check out the wikipedia entry for more information.
