I take a slice and when I flip it I notice some white grain on the back and it taste like garlic and parmesan cheese ? what is it ?

It's cornmeal that they use so it won't stick to the pan. It's probably absorbed the flavours.

It could be garlic and parmesan cheese. It could also be flour or left over bits from the pizzas made before it. It's really nothing to be concerned with.

I believe its corn meal but I don't know what its used for one the pizza. I've always wondered that myself.
