About 11 stone 4 lbs or there abouts anywhere between 11 stone and 11 stone 10 lbs. I am 5 8 myself and try to keep under 12 stone very difficult

There is no correct answer to that. You could be a very slim build or a muscular big bild. As you may not know muscle weights heavier than fat, so a thin 5'8" person will obviously weigh less than a muscular big built 5'8" person.
