There isn't an a true answer to this question. The guy of your dreams, at the time, may later turn into someone you don't even like! Time changes people. He may always be wonderful...he may not. Hopefully, if the feelings are mutual, the love will last forever. It happens.

I dun really know how long it would last, but if he is really the perfect man or the man in my dream, i would just wish it would be ever lasting

If you both are truly in love and don't stray which has to be both of you. and are honest and faithful and have no fear to talk to each other about everything, ( NO SECRETS!!) IT could last forever and ever. Being honest to your self and others will follow is my feeling about a good relationship. I wish you both the best. and I hope this helps.
