Hello you - you just answered my question re partying last night. Home around 3.30am, bed by 4am and up for work at 6am. A great night was had so this hang over is worth it! Best hang over cure for me is junk food - bacon sandwich has been ordered and it will be a burger for lunch! Good luck getting through your day - I'm with you!

Oh man - there is something really nasty "In the basement"! What is that poor sad individual on?

Anyway - a bit late for you now, but the best cure I have is to drink a full pint of still water before bedtime and then another when you first wake up. Then go for a swim - as far as you can make it. Always works for me - I try to do a mile.

If that doesn't work, get a friend in the medical profession (a med student is ideal) to rig you up with a saline drip.

In your current situation - that might not be practical, so I suggest that you fall down the stairs and get taken home with lots of sympathy and attention so you don't have to go to your meeting. lol.

Good question - try 2 cups of tea. You must bear in mind - there IS a point of no-return. If you drink a RIDICULOUS amount then you'll suffer no matter what you do. Going back to sleep for 2-3 hours will help. Drink 3 pints of water BEFORE you go to sleep (too late now!). Don't jeopardise your career by having hangovers at work. You're probably young. You'll stop doing this by your mid-twenties, it gets too painful!!!

Good luck with your meeting. Just nod and say 'yep' occasionally, you may get away with it!

This cure is the best I know and works everytime. Get a raw piece of bacon and tie a piece of string to it. Swallow the bacon and pull it back out with the string. You'll feel on top of the world in no time at all

Subway sandwich and a smoothie, works everytime for me. The bread soaks up any leftover alcohol, and the smootie replenshes hydration and vitamins, then take an asprin, about hour later your perfect again
