This issue can not be tackled by the government alone, parents should take control too, if there is a chance at tackling it at all.

They know, like all intelligent people, that selling drugs and taking them is the most evil thing happening the the world today. Drug takers rob others to buy drugs and kill for them too. The British Army is fighting the biggest drug barons around today, the Taliban. They want to take over Afghanistan to get back their growing fields so they flood the world with heroin. By selling these drugs they can buy the latest weapons available Anyone taking any form of illegal drug is helping them amass colossal fortunes, then they can, and will, force their form of government on us. The fact that our army is fighting, and dieing to prevent this shows what the government think of drugs, the sad thing is, the drug seller and taker don't give a dam, some would kill their own mothers to get a fix.

there are strategies in place and a lot of money and dedicated people are working in this field..they learn by example, so lets look at the adults who supply it and the pop stars who flaunt the law with regards drugs and influence behaviour too..
