Well, it would depend upon what you consider a 'normal' evening meal. Loosing weight is a basic sum of calories in against calories out. It's possible to eat more calories in one meal than you need for a full day's allowance, so no matter how 'good' you are the rest of the day you could ruin all your efforts with one high calorie dinner. Having said that, the earlier in the day that you eat, the sooner your body metalbolism gets a 'kick-start' so by eating breakfast you will actually burn more calories in that day than you would by skipping breakfast. I really hate these 'fad-diets' because they don't teach you anything about sensible eating and consequently any weight you lose will almost inevitably be regained BUT just answering your actual question, eating this special K combined with a healthy, balanced dinner will almost certainly cause some weight loss. It's important to combine the diet with exercise though, for your general well-being, and honestly I'd recommend you only do this for a short period of time while researching a proper, healthy way of eating for the rest of your life.

The way to stay slim is to only eat when you are hungry and then only the amount you need.
Nearly all of get used to eating three meals per day and snacking in between. This becomes a habit and we feel very hungry at these times so we eat. Re train your body to not tell you to eat when you do not need food.
This retraining is not easy and takes a long time. It is well worth doing to have the rest of your life being healthy. It worked for me 40 years ago and I am still slender. I eat what I want and when I am hungry. The thing is I don't want so much these days and do very well on two meals per day and not large ones either. I do not get hungry during the day. I eat in the morning and evening. For you younger very active people then you will need more food per day.

lol.
Yes. You eat less calories. Just count. You'll lose weight. LEss calories=less weight. Plus you're always eating except you're eating healthier. It's amazing a bowl of cereal with soy milk is about 250 calories..people are so used to eating 600 calories for breakfast which isn't good.. but imagine... 250 calories ....500 for breakfast and dinner combined!! damn. Of course you're going to lose weight!! I have lol. I love that cereal :D Plus it's helping me eat less. but healthier :)
oh and that person who posted up that they gained 5lb ... it's 2 bowls and fruits!!! they were probably eating more bowls and a burger on the side lol.

if you ate 3 meals a day with a balanced diet and exercised for at least 30mins a day you would lose weight. Exercise is the key not what you eat. obviously it doenst mean you can eat junk as long as you exercise but the saying "everything in moderation" makes a lot of sense.

Just think calories in, calories out. Make sure you burn more calories than what you eat. You should eat from all food groups. Keep off sugar as much as possible and eat monosaturate fats or polyunsaturates. Also drink green tea, cinnamon, take cla or creatine. If you take creatine, drink lots of liquids. Another trick is to eat cheese and dairy products and also various types of nuts and seeds. That's most of what you need to know.
