processed foods and starchy foods (carbs)
stickk to lean protein and veggies, and salads....try to avoid fatty foods also

choclates,cakes,ice-cream,many of hotel foods,non-vegetarian except fish etc,avoiding these foods is really good,dont think i need energy so i should eat these foods.if you are fat then even if you stay not eating you can stay for 2 to 3 days .avoid your temtations ,try yoga,meditation and cardiac excersises.eat healthy and less ,work more.run on a treadmill for 20 minutes everyday.eat white oats with little milk and salt.drink more water.do swimming.in egg don't eat the embryo instead eat the outer fluid.eat nuts,drink low fat milk and all your foods should be based on low fat and low cholestrol foods.no snacks and sweets should be taken.try these for a month or three.all the best.

Avoid white flower,white sugar,creams and saturated fats.try not to consume over processed foods.Do this and you don't have to concern yourself with combinations
