I tried to make some just now, and it tasted GOOD, but wonder if I might have under cook it since it taste a bit like dough. If anyone has timed the cook time, I GREATLY appreciate the input, and thanks a bunch.

What kind of dumplings? Like chicken and dumplings?
If so, it takes 5 mins or so. Flour tortillas work best for that.

it would depend on the thickness of the dumpling dough
very thin - probably 20 or 30 min to cook and soak up
flavors

I cook mine for 10 minutes,then put the lid on and cook them 10 more minutes.
