Not that I'm aware of. What allows these low cost carriers to offer low prices is that you usually stay somewhat local. a single international flight can cost upwards of 2-3 times the cost of a domestic flight. The aircraft have to have the range. They have to carry alot more fuel and will usually have a 3 pilot onboard so the pilot and co-pilot can rotate out of their chairs to eat, maybe grab a short nap and still have 2 pilots at the controls.

There are several that are based in the UK that fly all over europe, they all have web sites. These include.
EasyJet
Ryan Air
BMI
Aer Lingus
British Airways have a sale on at the moment and if you book online you can get cheaper tickets - need to book a month in advance I think though.

Depends on what countries you're talking about. Usually I try and look on the specific country airline website ex: wanna go to Austria, try Austrian air....sometimes this works, especially for Aer Lingus which is extremely cheap!
