I felt exactly the same and went to my docs. he diagnosed a wheat intolerance but intolerance to anything will have the same effect. i stopped eating wheat and i now feel much better (three years on) and i even lost a lot of weight (which made me fell even better!)
if you don't want to go to your docs with it, there is a great book i have called Allergy-Free Food which has in it all the possible foods you could be allergic to, recipes and also suggested exclusion diets which can help with self diagnosis of something like that. once you have done it you can always go to your doc and see what they have to say, they will probably recommend you see a dietician as mine did which can be very helpful if you do need to consider a new approach to certain foods.
I hope you get it sorted, take it from someone who knows tho, its worth asking the doc as if it is something like that, the results can be surprising and what have you got to lose!

I also suffer from bloatedness and it could be a variety of reasons why you are always bloated - from the food you eat and drink to something more serious. The usual suspects are always wheat and dairy, so cut these out for a couple of weeks first and if it doesnt improve I recommend an allergy test or seeing a Kinesiologist. The best thing to do is keep a food diary - write down everything you've eaten every day and how you feel afterwards - this will really help in itentifying which time of the day and after which foods you feel most bloated. Its the best way to figure out what your body is doing after certain meals. Also try eating small portions of food on regularily and avoid heavy meals at night - it could simply be a case of you putting too much strain on your digestive system.

I suffer form the same thing it could mean that you eat to many carbs or you could be lactose intolerant, i find that when i eat cheese, milk bread, pasta or any other food on their catagory, i get bloated so my advice to you would be if you do eat these foods, only eat a very small amount adn drink plenty of water. try an orange a day the acid helps and try to cut out as much sugar from your diet. if you are still having problems either try some xercise or see your doctor adn tell then specificall y what you eat and what make you the most bloated, i did adn discovered that i had an intolerence to wheat and dairy. get it checked out soon, if you are experienceing constipation or dihorrea, tummy pains, excessof mucas in the mouth or anything like that you could to have an intolerence, good luck x

I used to be bloated all the time and then I cut out all wheat ie bread, pasta, biscuits, crackers, wheat creals and only eat oats, oatcakes, rye crackers, 10% rye bread. I think one of the worst things is beans but I still eat them in small portions. Another cause of bloating is sitting for a long time ie at a desk wearing tight clothes. Your stomach will hurt and blow up. Good luck.

It is probably an intolerance to something...possibly wheat. Do you eat much bread or pasta? These are the things that bloat me out. Best bet is to work out what is causing it and cut down on it. You could try those Bio pot things but I don't think they are all they are cracked up to be!

You may have a wheat intloerance. Do you feel even more bloated after eating pasta, bread, or potatoes? All of these can expand and actually CAUSE a wheat intolerance.
Hope this helped!

Try yakult or those activia yogurts but give them a few days to see if it eases your discomfort . They have the friendly bacteria for the stomach in them , thats what i would do i think .
As to why you`re feeling bloated i don`t know sorry ... maybe a food intolerance , something u have ate doesn`t agree with u .

I suffer from IBS and always get bloated, but I have found that cutting down on bread and anything with wheat in it really helps.
