If he requests a prenup, he must have enough assets that he is concerned with their distribution should he die or something happen in the marriage. If that is in fact the case, then I think he is wise to want one. It all depends on the circumstances. If she is a gold-digger, then she would be offended. If she has her own assets, then she would be wise to want one too. It's usually not a matter of keeping assets from each other but rather to preserve them for their children.

it is nothing offending if the woman is able to see that it is part of the planning of the marriage. If the woman loves the man, she wouldn mind going through the process of signing a prenuptial agreement to give her man such a security.

i do not comprehend how previous you're, yet once you hit 35, existence may look better sensible and that i visit't be indignant in my opinion. relies upon also on what changed into on the prenup also. Prenup oftentimes in case you's been married, divorcee. i'm a lady, i'd do the same if I remarried later. that is merely safe practices for me and my baby.

I would, however I think how long the relationship took and the cirucumstances of the prenup make all the difference in the world. Through thick and thin, even for the courtship process is critical...

Yes.

Then what's the point of getting married? - so much for the trust, eh?

(My acquaintance was very hurt when her husband's daughter told him to ask her to sign it.)

yes.. there's an assumption that it may not work out. I wouldn't marry anyone who was thinking of the divorce. Besides.. what's his is mine, what's mine is mine.
