All such beleifs are unnatural.

But with passage of time humans have created restrictions in various times and in various places, that resulted in unfortunate developements.

There are more than enough instances in the history of world, where generosity has been taken advantage of, by recipients, and donors having suffered untold miseries.

In anthropology, ''culture'' is commonly used to refer to the human capability to classify, codify & communicate symbollically their experiences. All human races, who all do share a similar nature, are capable of progress.

This universal capacity can be limited or increased by environmental, political, ideological or economical factors, but all have the intrinsic capability to create, accumulate and share knowledge.

Human race is One.

Every human being is defined as the one who tries to realize what he sets his mind to, and it also desires the healthiness of his mind. Progress is defined as progress in realizing these two things. Of these, first part has been realized by human-race. For the second part - it is still to be done. The progress of human-race is about progress in realizing the healthiness of mind.

Now this is a tough question. First we must define progress. Then see if we are capable of progression. There are numerous tribes out there that have no desire to change. Th largest group I know of is Islamic fundamentalists. But I think they resist 'progress' thru choice, not because they are not capable.

No, there are none. God didn't give any racial group the advantage over another. Race is not a factor of disability—except in case of racial discrimination.
