Some babies need more sleep then others. Most importantly is that baby needs a regular sleep schedule. If you want him to calm down at night, pick a time every night when you will start a sleep routine such as a bath, story, cuddle time whatever but make it known that after this time is bed time. Children under 5 need 12-15 hours of sleep every day. He could be hyper from a lack of regular schedule, too much activity or too little during the day. A late nap in the afternoon. Tehre could be many things that are affecting his attitude. It would be nice to blame it on chocolate but 18 months later I am sure it is out of system by now.

Another thing I would liek to mention is the method of getting him to sleep, not all methods work with every child. Some become fearful if you leave them to cry only makinf problems worse, while others do fine with it. Only you as the babies mother know him/her best.

Jack russles are somewhat hyper yet i do not understand how nicely they do with toddlers. Temperment will be a dogs through dogs element although, so i'd reccomend going to a guard and searching a 2 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous or older dogs (for the reason that all pups are hyper yet you could not are expecting how they're going to advance) that your son falls in love with. commonly they have visitation rooms the position your son and the dogs can chase one yet another till they are spent, so that you ought with the intention to get a sturdy sense for the dogs. when I have youthful toddlers i favor to get a blue heeler farm animals dogs or a collie, that permits you to herd my toddlers, as which will be astounding.

In late afternoon take the child outside and let him play for a long time until he is tired. Chamomile is GREAT!
It makes me go to bed at night and it's good for the stomach. You can get it at the local market.I always gave it to my kids. If your child has allergies you shouldn't give it too them. Other then that it can be a lifesaver.

what? your not making a lot of sense. from what i'm reading your son doesn't sleep in? if thats it, then i have to tell you babies do not "sleep in" they get up whenever they want. and you just have to deal with it. you should try going to bed earlier and you'll feel better in the morning. and if your body aches, then try a new matress.

Don't give him any sugar after 3pm. Wear him out take him on walks let him play outside, take him to a play group, have him do physical play for awhile then feed him good and send him off to bed. If unable to do any try putting a gate in front of his door and let him play in his room awhile, then turn lights off keep nightlight and let him play in bed or try letting him cry for a bit to wear himself out.

1. keeping his age in view it could be teething.
2. some thing in diet is bothering him...include more rice based foods like cerelac rice etc.
3. try chamomille....its natural herbal formula even for babies having severe colic.
