You seem to have ring worm or more commonly called jock itch a anti fungal cream will help this. In case i am wrong i would consult a doctor.

Has it come on sudden? if so it might have just been where they have rubbed together . I do a lot of climbing and sometimes chaffing can be a problem. If its that it ll be gone in a couple of days and youll get used to it

Looks like jock itch to me. (its fungal)
Anti-fungal sprays, creams can be found at your local drug store.
(The same stuff you would use for athletes foot also kills fungal jock itch.)
Use them 3 or 4 times a day every day for a couple of weeks.
Wear loose fitting pants or jeans and try to stay cool and dry.
Heat and perspiration will make it worse.
Try not to scratch if you can!

ring worm it sounds like is it scally inside and a red ring and very itchy get some cream from chemist
