Bread: no butter

On the bottom slice lay some sliced chicken and some rashers of crispy bacon.

If I am eating the sandwich straight away I will add tomatoes and cucumber. If making sandwich for later in the day, I leave the tomato and cucumber off as it goes soggy.

On the top slice of bread I would put mayo, cut in squares then eat.

Making a sandwich is an art... and of course a hoot-n-half and a cheep thrill, too.

First: you have to have a juicy and "willing" bit of meat to press... Second: you'll need a trusted friend to work with you.

Once that's lined up... nuttin' to it - one guy in front and another guy behind and you on it. Just move in like a couple of hot toasted bun-halves and press that little Patty till she wiggles with delight. And there it is... the perfect human sandwich.
