Does anyone know where I can find CNC programming courses online? Or, find listings of Gand M command codes.

While I do not know of any, I do have to ask, have you checked with a machine shop in your area. An engineering company that uses CNC machines might know, or the company that makes such machines. Go ask them and see what they have to say. Move around a little bit, go talk to people, the Internet is not the end all for all questions.

you can try the following site, if 'g and m ' codes are standardized, listings for those codes can be found 'web-wide'.
if they are proprietary, you will have to consult G and M.
