Contact the Quakers from Pendle Hill, Pennsylvania.
They have a project already in Bosnia, and maybe in Kosova too. They will help sponsor a student to come here and study. Specially as you all seem to still have trouble arising from ethnic strife.
I was in Bondsteel, and received very nice hospitality from Kosovar Albanians and Serbians too. Falemenderit.
