Splash your eyes with water first thing in the morning.
Strenghten your eye muscles through some exercises. Try these:
1. Keep your head steady and look up and down or try looking at the centre of your eyebrows and then towards the tip of your nose. Do this 6 to 7 times. 6 times up and 6 times down.
2. Again keeping your head steady look at the left and then look at the right. Do this 6 to 7 times.
3. Rotate your eyes first clockwise and then counterclockwise. Do this 6 time clockwise and 6 times counter clockwise.
The movement of your eyes during these exercises should be very slow and your head needs to be steady. Only your eyes should be moving without putting any undue strain on them.
Also try breathing exercises. Pranayam is very good for the eyes. Brahmri pranayam is the most effective. For this close your ears with your thumbs and place the first finger on your forehead, the middle and the third finger on your eyes (do not press very hard), and the small finger near the base of the nose. Then take a deep breath and hum like a bee while exhaling ie. go hmmmmm. Do this 10 times everyday. If you do not know abdominal breathing you must learn to breath into your abdomen.
For relaxing them rub your palms and then put them on your eyes. Keep it there for as long as your feel the warmth of the palms. Do this about 2-3 times and do this anytime that you wish.
Also a good diet is always good for the body and not just the eyes. So eat lots of fruits, salads, fibres. Stay away from junk food as much as possible.

My eyesight is 20/400 which is really bad. At one time I wanted to do Lasik surgery, but I was too afraid of the risks. I recently started doing eye exercises to try to improve my vision. I created a blog where I record my progress with the exercises.

The best is to drink Carrot Juice - worldwide known to help with eyes.
Apart from that - try doing some eye excercises. It helped my sis, but you will need to go to a specialist to guide u

To relax ur eyes use cucumber slice whenever u need.
The best to use renowned companey's eye lenses like bausausch&lomb' these r really very comfortable &easy to use.Because of lenses no.of eyes cannot increase.it is recommendation that if ur eye no.is more than '-3'then its good time to use.

I am sorry to say that but it cant be corrected 1ce the visual acuity is set. It can only be corrected either by spectacles , lenses or the best is a laser operation(provided u can afford that). So the choice is yours...:)

Its a slow treatment, but splash eyes with water every hour. walk bare foot on green grass. and also do yogas.
