So for all you sceptics out there you can see that beauty contests aren't just for the vain but also are there to help people.

Sorry got carried away with myself. The question is do you think this is a good way of getting people to become aware of illnesses like breast cancer or should there not be a link between the two?

Interesting way to get votes for your daughter - being a Kiwi living in London it made me smile. I have voted for her - and I have had a direct monthly donation going to cancer research here in the U.K for the last 6 years. Lets hope we can find a cure to cancer soon! If you hadn't mentioned "raising money", I would have replied ......
Cancer only springs into action, and continues to spread, because there are one or more complex carbohydrates missing from the cells proteins. These are necessary for the transfer of biological data to take place at cellular level. They are also easy to replace.
In short, your daughter's immune function is severely compromised - you need to do something about that quicker than you are raising votes in here!!
Anyway, had you not mentioned "raising money".................
