I never lost an ounce on weight watchers.

You have answered this question yourself! Ironically, you have to EAT to lose weight -it is WHAT you eat that counts. If you are'nt getting enough to eat every day, or going for long periods without food, your body will begin to STORE FAT because it thinks that it's being starved. This is why you must eat your allocated points per day on the Weight Watchers plan. Also you need to be taking some form of exercise, even an extra 20 mins walking per day should do it.

The most important thing is not to give up -you will have plateaus during your weight loss when you don't lose anything for a month or so even though you've been following the plan to the letter. This is NORMAL. Your body is adjusting to it's new lifestyle and routine. Just keep going and don't give up!

Your metabolism has dropped so you have hit a plateau. It happens with most diets. I don't know your weight or how many points you are having, but if u are having 1200cals or less your starvation hormones may have kicked in. I have been training to teach this for the past 6 weeks, it's quite complicated. Go to curves.com & find if there is a Curves (ladies only) facility near you. It's the only diet which re-trains your metabolism & it shows u where other diets go wrong. Food-wise it's not too dissimilar to weight watchers, so u would find it ok. One of my members has lost 1 stone in 6 weeks & she's not massive. Good luck!

Different diets effect different people in different ways and they do not always work. I recommend that if Weight Watchers isn't working then try Slimming World for at least 2 months. It is hard to get into but i am sure you will be happy with the results.....Good Luck.

I did weight watchers and did lose weight BUT it took time! Its not a quick weight loss type of diet, it takes longer to lose weight but once you do it stays off! not like crash diets when you loss weight quick but then put it straight back on after. be patient with WW. One important thing is that the bigger you are when you start, the quicker you lose weight. when you only have few kilo's or pounds to lose it takes more time and more effort! my advice is stay on the allocated points you have but earn more exercise points and save them.

You don’t need to exercise for hours on end. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results in the event you work hard. Get a passing up rope, skip for two a few minutes, do push ups for 1 minute, skip for two minutes, rest for one minute. Then change the push nearly something else like sit ups and also do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s an instant, effective workout that will get better results than a long run or swim.

1500 calories or less. You will lose weight.
Exercise is a great benefit.

Eating right also means not drinking sugar soda's/alcohol/ and to many fruits and juicies.
All are loaded with calories.

Don't add so call fat free food (calories are still there) to your existing diet.
