Different yes, superior no.
When Paul called women weaker, he highlighted that we are to give them honor as a weaker vessal.
A rose is weaker than an oak tree, but that doesn't make the oak superior.
Both men and women will rule with Christ.

He created all men equal and women are "help mates", not lagging behind and not walking infront, but being next to men. No one is superior here on planet earth.

A man is the head of woman the Bible states. She is to be treated as the weaker vessel. That does not ever mean she is weak.
